One of the great features of Roller blinds is that when you need shade or black-out they are very effective, but when you want a view they are neat and unobtrusive. This can be enhanced with a cassette which adds a finishing touch and obscures brackets and fixings.

What are they?

Not all roller blinds are created equal!  There is a fantastic range of options to transform your roller blind from being purely functional to a key feature in the room.

Pros

Roller blinds are so versatile.  I would generally recommend a cassette with a matching fabric valance to hide brackets and add a finishing touch.  You can even add multiple roller blinds to a single cassette.

From there you may decide to motorise or add shapes and bottom bars.  That is before you consider the huge range of plain, patterned and screen fabrics available to choose from.

Cons

Roller blinds are open or closed which can enclose a room to some extent, however there are screen fabrics which will allow you to reduce 95% UV penetration and glare whist maintaining some view of outside.

Best For

A great all-rounder which can be configured to work in most shading situations.

Full Height Shutters are the most popular option in our shutter range. Their sleek design makes them not only more stylish but also more practical.
